“Every day if you do one less negative action and one more positive action, this is enlightenment… This is the path to enlightenment. If every day you have less anger, a little bit less fear, a little bit less anxiety, a little bit less negative things, then automatically you will have one more positive thing! In this way we give good food for our mind…This is the path to enlightenment.” — Carmen Iodice

A young soul named Carmen, with a dream set high,
At eighteen, she crossed paths with a Lama so wise,
Lama Gangchen, who opened her spirit’s eyes.
With melodies flowing, always singing her tune,
She mastered the piano, under the conservatory’s moon. Her fingers danced, On piano keys, her destiny enhanced.
Her voice joined the chorus of the United Peace,
Singing ancient mantras, modern compositions’ release.
Creator of the Mantra Symphony, a bridge of sound,
Where ancient chants with symphony were bound.
